Taking once-daily ZEPOSIA

ZEPOSIA is NOT an injection or an infusion. It’s a once-daily pill you can take at home or on the go.

How should ZEPOSIA be taken?

ZEPOSIA is a pill, taken once a day as close to the same time as possible. If you have certain liver problems, take ZEPOSIA as directed by your healthcare provider. It can be taken:

  • With or without food
  • When and where you want—no refrigeration required

Make sure you don’t miss a dose

Be sure to take ZEPOSIA exactly as prescribed by your MS healthcare team. If you do miss a dose A missed dose is when you don’t take ZEPOSIA on the scheduled day your doctor has prescribed.  of ZEPOSIA, here’s what to do:

If you miss one or more doses of ZEPOSIA during the first 14 days of treatment:

Contact your MS healthcare team. You’ll need a new 7-day Starter Pack to restart treatment. This will allow you to increase your dosage gradually and help avoid a decrease in heart rate, which is a possible serious side effect of ZEPOSIA.

If you miss a dose after the first 14 days of treatment:

Take your scheduled dose (one pill) the next day at your usual time.
